Biography

Hi, I am Federico Minutoli, but you can call me DiTo.

I am about to earn a MSc in Computer Science at the University of Genoa, specializing in the bizarre conundrum known as artificial intelligence (AI). I am also strongly passionate about the fields of robotics and automation, since my greatest ambition is to work in the engineering of human intelligence vs AI towards a more productive, sustainable and secure future within everyone’s reach.

Whenever I don’t feel like AI-ing, I often have split moods: I really enjoy last-minute travelling towards abroad countries, but also relaxing on the couch with some Formula 1 or NBA action, or some binge-worthy Netflix drama.

Collaboration with the Pokèmon BP team for the development of FSAI, an AlphaGo-inspired AI for parallel 2-player game-playing within partially observable environments to adapt the core logic to play Pokèmon’s official VGC e-sport.

Collaboration with Mectron S.p.A. for the implementation and development of a demo Android app to showcase at the IDS dental fair in Cologne, Germany, the IoT potential of the ESP32 chips mounted on their brand new devices with Micropiezo technology.
